Client Update: Court confirms life easier for default interest clauses post-Paciocco

A recent New South Wales Court of Appeal case considered the application of the penalties doctrine to default interest rate provisions in loan agreements following the High Court's liberal approach to the doctrine in Paciocco v ANZ.
